Aikido

Aikido is a method of self defence integrating the powers of mind and body in harmony which can be used against any form of attack.

Aikido training sessions are held as follows:

Judo
Kuzushi Judo sessions are open to all and are held on Tuesdays from  6 to 7 pm.And the juniors class from 6.00-7.00pm Thursday The Head Coach, Dominic Reeks, (BJA 2nd Dan, UK Coaching Award Level 3) coaches for Kuzushi, Senshu, Yamabushi and Windsor Judo Clubs.

Kuzushi always welcomes new members so if you would like to try judo as a sport to keep fit or as a complement to your current martial art please feel free to contact us.
