Kuzushi Judo sessions are open to all and are held on Tuesdays from  6 to 7 pm. The Head Coach, Dominic Reeks, (BJA 2nd Dan, UK Coaching Award Level 3) coaches for Kuzushi, Senshu, Yamabushi and Windsor Judo Clubs. Guest coaches include European Bronze medallist Laura Scarlett (BJA 3rd Dan), British Masters Bronze Medallist Denny Day (BJA 2nd Dan) and Nick Fletcher (BJA 5th Dan).

Kuzushi always welcomes new members so if you would like to try judo as a sport to keep fit or as a complement to your current martial art please feel free to contact us.

No experience is necessary.
